Reference · Agent Intelligence Gateway

Six research tools. One explicit contract.

Connect an authorized subscriber, choose a read-only intelligence action, inspect the evidence and handle partial data. This reference separates the API transport, MCP tool use and wallet-funded x402 payment routes.

Authentication, billing and transport

ApproachIdentity and paymentWhen to use
Subscription RESTBearer API key owned by your account; tier, rate and daily limits apply to every action and source.Frequent, recurring research; dashboards and production bots. Customer-facing redistribution requires eligible commercial terms.
x402 per callEligible priced endpoint returns HTTP 402 with an exact amount, network and asset; wallet client signs a data payment.Occasional requests or experiments. Not all six composite tools necessarily have a separate x402 price.
MCPTool-access protocol using the underlying permitted API key or supported wallet-funded route.Claude, Cursor and agent frameworks. Local stdio MCP is distinct from a secure multi-tenant hosted MCP endpoint.

The subscription model is the primary path for recurring users. The liveSolana x402 catalogand RHC x402 catalog describe only actually priced calls. For RHC data an eligible paid request can settle in native USDG or on Solana in USDC. MCP is a connector protocol, never a payment token.

Tool inputs and verified coverage

JSON request shapes below are illustrative with placeholder addresses; replace them with chain-valid wallet or token identities. The public transport and MCP package versions must match the deployed release. Requests never include wallet private keys.

discover_opportunities

Rank observed KOL consensus and trending tokens, with launchpad context where available. This is research discovery, not a return prediction.

{
  "tool": "discover_opportunities",
  "input": {
    "chain": "solana",
    "lookback": "1h",
    "min_kols": 2,
    "limit": 10
  }
}

Validated inputs

lookback: 15m, 1h, 6h or 24h; min_kols: 2–20; limit: 1–25

Source/chain limitations

Observed tracked-KOL windows only; almost-bonded candidates remain a separate snapshot, not a KOL prediction. RHC coordination and Solana source semantics are not identical.

Both chains for tracked KOL cohorts; near-bonded Solana sources are not RHC parity.

evaluate_token

Bring token risk, liquidity, early buyers, deployer history and tracked KOL evidence into one traceable report.

{
  "tool": "evaluate_token",
  "input": {
    "chain": "solana",
    "address": "REPLACE_WITH_VALID_TOKEN_MINT"
  }
}

Validated inputs

chain + chain-valid token address; no arbitrary URL, raw SQL or private key

Source/chain limitations

Missing token risk, liquidity, holder or buyer-quality inputs are not interpreted as safe or zero-risk.

Solana and Robinhood Chain; a missing source is explicitly partial, never assumed safe.

inspect_wallet

Investigate observed trades, cost-basis PnL, behavior and available reputation without mistaking FIFO-open positions for verified current holdings.

{
  "tool": "inspect_wallet",
  "input": {
    "chain": "robinhood-chain",
    "address": "0xREPLACE_WITH_40_HEX_CHARACTERS"
  }
}

Validated inputs

chain + Solana base58 wallet or RHC 0x-address

Source/chain limitations

Only supported, observed activity can be analyzed. FIFO-open PnL is not a verified wallet holding or realized return.

Both chains, subject to tracked activity and available balance verification.

inspect_deployer

Connect a creator to indexed prior launches, outcomes, alerts and reputation. RHC market-cap milestones are not Solana bonding.

{
  "tool": "inspect_deployer",
  "input": {
    "chain": "solana",
    "address": "REPLACE_WITH_VALID_CREATOR_WALLET"
  }
}

Validated inputs

chain + corresponding creator/deployer wallet

Source/chain limitations

Solana bonding and RHC $40K+ peak-market-cap graduation are different events; avoid comparing them as the same success definition.

Both chains; coverage and launchpad definitions differ.

evaluate_signal

Review historical signal outcomes, sample sizes, test windows and limitations rather than treating one successful alert as an edge.

{
  "tool": "evaluate_signal",
  "input": {
    "chain": "solana",
    "signal_name": "runner_rate",
    "history": false
  }
}

Validated inputs

signal_name: dump_cluster_count, runner_rate, recycled_early_buyer_count, coordination_count or scout_first_touch; history optional

Source/chain limitations

Signal performance depends on sample, lookback and survivor bias. RHC Signal Scorecard parity has not been established.

Solana Signal Scorecard; no RHC Scorecard parity is claimed.

changes_since

Consume source-scoped, cursor-paginated changes with provenance, replay-window limits and explicit gap errors.

{
  "tool": "changes_since",
  "input": {
    "chain": "solana",
    "since": "REPLACE_WITH_RECENT_UTC_TIMESTAMP",
    "limit": 50
  }
}

Validated inputs

First call: since (within 24h). Next call: opaque cursor instead of since. limit: 1–100

Source/chain limitations

Curated KOL/deployer event families only. Cursor is tied to caller and chain, expires, and fails closed on a source gap. No claim of every trade/transfer.

Seven curated KOL/deployer event families across Solana and RHC, not every trade or transfer.

Output contract and data freshness

Responses identify the tool, chain, generation time, evidence and limitations. A report can be available, partial or unavailable. Source timestamps are not the same as the time the answer was assembled. Do not translate missing KOL/holder/deployer coverage into zero activity or a safe token.

{
  "contract_version": 1,
  "tool": "evaluate_token",
  "chain": "solana",
  "generated_at": "2026-10-09T10:00:00Z",
  "status": "partial",
  "evidence": [
    {
      "source": "sol_token_risk",
      "observed_at": null,
      "status": "unavailable",
      "limitations": [
        "Could not verify this factor"
      ]
    }
  ],
  "warnings": [
    "One or more factors could not be checked"
  ],
  "data": {
    "sources": {}
  },
  "next_cursor": null
}

Illustrative contract, not a live token response.

Cursor replay and honest gaps

The sample above uses a placeholder on purpose: a fixed date in documentation would fall outside the journal retention window after 24 hours. Generate your initial timestamp at request time, for example usingnew Date(Date.now() - 600000).toISOString(). For changes_since, start with a UTC since value within the supported 24-hour horizon. Continue with the returned opaque next_cursor bound to your principal, chain and source journal. The journal stores 72 hours for short-term recovery, but the public cursor window is 24 hours. Deployer and KOL updates are not the same as every Solana or RHC transfer.

Every change distinguishes the original event timestamp, the timestamp recorded by the source and when the journal first observed it. When a source is down or its replay completeness is unverified, do not advance the cursor. Retry the same cursor later, or treat an expired window as an explicit research gap rather than a continuous feed.

Errors and retry behavior

400

Invalid tool, wrong-chain address, bad cursor syntax or unsupported parameter.

401 / 403

Missing or insufficient subscriber access. The original per-source plan gates still apply.

402

Only on an explicitly published x402-priced route; read the offered payment challenge before signing.

409

Cursor is outside its supported replay window; do not silently resume as if events were continuous.

429

Rate or daily quota exceeded. Back off; do not fan out multiple lower-level calls.

503

A required source, journal or payment dependency is unavailable. Retry the same cursor if the source window is still valid.
