Licensing questions

What exactly does the Business embed license allow?+
Business (€400/mo, self-serve) licenses you to display MadeOnSol data inside one product of your own, to your own end users — dashboards, terminals, alerts, agent outputs. It does not cover raw data resale, bulk redistribution, or white-labelling the API itself; those are Enterprise terms. Free, Pro, and Ultra keys are licensed for internal use only.
Can I redistribute or resell the data?+
Not on Business. Redistribution, raw-data resale, and white-label rights are sold by hand on an Enterprise contract — annual, invoice or USDC, with terms scoped to your use case. Contact us and describe what you want to ship.
Is there an SLA?+
99.5% on a rolling 7-day window is our operating target, not a contractual guarantee — the public status page at /api-status shows live per-subsystem health and measured uptime, so you can check the real number rather than take ours. A contractual SLA with service credits is available on Enterprise; ask and we will send the template before you commit.
How does invoicing and VAT work?+
Business is self-serve: pay by card (Stripe), USDC, or SOL, and every payment comes with an invoice. We invoice from our Belgian entity; under Belgium's small-enterprise VAT exemption no Belgian VAT is added — EU businesses handle VAT under their own local rules. Annual invoicing by bank transfer is standard on Enterprise and available on Business annual by request.
Can we evaluate before committing?+
Yes. The free tier returns the full response shape on 40+ endpoints — real wallet addresses, real tx signatures — so you can build the REST integration end-to-end before paying. Streams and webhooks unlock on Pro. For a deeper evaluation (higher limits, firehose access), contact us and we'll set up an evaluation key.

Self-serve, one-time dataset exports at madeonsol.com/datasets — no API key or subscription needed: Solana smart-money wallets (win rate, PnL, bot-confidence), KOL trades, deployer reputation, and Robinhood Chain intelligence, refreshed weekly. Gzipped CSV with a published SHA-256 checksum, identity-scrubbed, free 5,000-row sample on every product, paid by card with an invoice. Need a custom cut or a redistribution license?
