Licensing questions

What exactly does the Business embed license allow?+
Business (€400/mo, self-serve) licenses you to display MadeOnSol data inside one product of your own, to your own end users — dashboards, terminals, alerts, agent outputs. It does not cover raw data resale, bulk redistribution, or white-labelling the API itself; those are Enterprise terms. Free, Pro, and Ultra keys are licensed for internal use only.
Can I redistribute or resell the data?+
Not on Business. Redistribution, raw-data resale, and white-label rights are sold by hand on an Enterprise contract — annual, invoice or USDC, with terms scoped to your use case. Contact us and describe what you want to ship.
Is there an SLA?+
We operate to a 99.5% uptime SLO on a rolling 7-day window, with a public live status page at /api-status showing per-subsystem health, historical uptime, and incident history. A contractual SLA with service credits is available on Enterprise.
How does invoicing and VAT work?+
Business is self-serve: pay by card (Stripe), USDC, or SOL, and every payment comes with an invoice. We invoice from our Belgian entity; under Belgium's small-enterprise VAT exemption no Belgian VAT is added — EU businesses handle VAT under their own local rules. Annual invoicing by bank transfer is standard on Enterprise and available on Business annual by request.
Can we evaluate before committing?+
Yes. The free tier returns the full response shape on every endpoint — real wallet addresses, real tx signatures — so you can build the integration end-to-end before paying. For a deeper evaluation (higher limits, firehose access), contact us and we'll set up an evaluation key.
What are the licensed dataset exports?+
Alongside the live API we're opening early access to monthly-refreshed bulk exports: launch outcomes (per-token bond/rug/peak-MC results), wallet reputation (sniper/bundler/dumper flags plus win-rate scores), and deployer activity histories.
