Effective date: August 18, 2026 (version 2026-08-18)
MadeOnSol("the Site", "the Service", "we", "us") is operated by MadeOnSol, the sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Stijn Poortmans, registered in Belgium at Mgr. Raeymaekersstraat 37, 2235 Hulshout, Belgium. Enterprise number (KBO/BCE): 1039.535.538, which is also the VAT identification number BE 1039.535.538 — currently under the Belgian small-enterprise exemption of art. 56bis W.BTW, so no VAT is charged and the number is not VIES-validated for intra-EU transactions (see §5). Contact: [email protected].
By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
MadeOnSol is a directory and resource hub for tools, dApps, and projects built on the Solana blockchain and on Robinhood Chain (an Arbitrum Orbit L2). We provide listings, reviews, comparisons, and monitoring data. MadeOnSol also provides a paid data API (madeonsol.com/pricing) offering real-time KOL trade data, deployer intelligence, wallet analytics, token risk and holder data, tokenized-equity market data on Robinhood Chain, DEX streaming and WebSocket/webhook alerts, and open-source SDKs and MCP servers that call that API. The platform is data-only and never executes, sends, or manages trades or funds on behalf of users.
Users may submit reviews and tool listings. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display it on the Site. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content.
If you believe any user content on the Site is illegal, infringes your rights, or otherwise breaches these Terms, you can flag it using the "Report" option on the content or notify us at [email protected]. We review valid notices and act on them, including by removing content where appropriate.
While we strive to keep listings accurate and up-to-date, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site. Always do your own research.
API data — including KOL leaderboard rankings, deployer tier scores, signal performance statistics, token risk scores, holder data, tokenized-equity data on Robinhood Chain, and trade feeds — is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial or investment advice. MadeOnSol is not a broker, financial advisor, exchange, or trading platform, and is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any issuer of tokenized equities. Data on tokenized equities describes on-chain activity only and is not an offer of, or advice about, any security.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. We accept payment in cryptocurrency on the Solana network (SOL or USDC) and by card in EUR through our payment processor, Stripe. Current prices are shown on /pricing. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Renewal.Card subscriptions through Stripe renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel them from your account, which you can do at any time before the renewal date. One-off crypto payments (SOL or USDC) do not renew unless you opt in to on-chain auto-renew: an optional USDC spending delegation on Solana that lets us charge the next period's price from your wallet when the current period ends. Auto-renew charges are announced by email in advance, you can revoke the delegation on-chain or disable auto-renew in your account at any time, and a failed charge simply lets the subscription lapse. We never hold your funds or keys.
Pay-per-call (x402). Some endpoints can also be called without an account by paying per request under the x402 protocol, in USDC on Solana or in USDG on Robinhood Chain, at the per-request price advertised in the payment challenge. Each payment buys a single response to that request under the same data license as the Free plan (§5a, internal use); it creates no subscription, no account, and no continuing entitlement. Because the paid response is delivered immediately, pay-per-call payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by mandatory law or where our server accepted payment but returned no response.
VAT. MadeOnSol operates under the Belgian VAT exemption scheme for small enterprises (vrijstellingsregeling kleine ondernemingen, art. 56bis W.BTW). Prices are therefore quoted without VAT and no VAT is charged or recoverable; invoices carry the corresponding statutory exemption mention.
The Service consists of digital content and online services supplied immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing a subscription and accessing the API or paid features, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with art. VI.53, 1° and art. VI.45, §1 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
Accordingly, all payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have that cannot be waived.
The MadeOnSol API and the data it returns ("API Data") are licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and your active plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the API and use API Data as set out below.
Free, Pro, and Ultra plans — internal use. You may use API Data for your own internal purposes: your own trading, research, analysis, monitoring, and internal tooling used by you or your team. Displaying API Data to third parties (your own users or customers) requires the Business plan or an Enterprise agreement.
Business plan — embed license. In addition to internal use, you may display API Data within the user-facing features of one application or product operated by you, to that product's end users. This embed license does not permit: making raw API responses or bulk API Data available for download or retrieval as data; operating more than one product on a single subscription; or any of the general restrictions below.
All plans — you may not: (a) resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make raw API responses or bulk API Data available to any third party as data; (b) operate a data API, feed, dataset, or product that competes with MadeOnSol using API Data; (c) present API Data as your own data product, or remove attribution where it is required; or (d) cache, store, or accumulate API Data beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate your application, or in any manner that reconstructs a substantial part of the MadeOnSol database.
Enterprise plan. Redistribution, white-label, bulk export, extended caching, multi-product use, service-level commitments, and other data-licensing rights are granted only under a separate written Enterprise agreement, on the terms specified there. Contact [email protected] for Enterprise licensing.
API responses may be watermarked to trace the source of unauthorized redistribution. We may suspend or terminate API access for any breach of this section.
Some links on the Site may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up through these links, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our reviews or ratings.
MadeOnSol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or other liabilities arising from your use of the Site or any tools listed on it.
Availability. We give no uptime or availability guarantee for the Site or the API. Any availability figure shown on our pages is an operating target and a historical measurement, not a warranty, and nothing in it overrides the "as is" disclaimer above. Measured availability is published live at /api-status so you can verify it independently. A binding service-level commitment with service credits exists only under a separately signed Enterprise service-level agreement; where such an agreement is signed, it prevails over this paragraph for the services it covers.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected — including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services owed to consumers under Belgian and EU law. The exclusions above apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated terms. The version you accepted at checkout is recorded with your order.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it. If you are a consumer resident in the EU and we cannot resolve the matter directly, you may refer the dispute to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur), North Gate II, Koning Albert II-laan 8 bus 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium — [email protected] — www.consumentenombudsdienst.be.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Belgium. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own jurisdiction where applicable law so provides.
