Official Announcement from CortX Foundation Thank You. And the end of the $NRN token The CortX Foundation is winding down the $NRN token and beginning its own dissolution. Before the details, a heartfelt thank you. Many of you supported $NRN, played, competed, and pushed this project further than it would ever have gone on its own. This was not a decision we took lightly We arrived here only after a long evaluation of the alternatives. Over recent months we worked through the options available for the token and tested each one for a path that could work for the community and for the project. We wanted a resolution we could stand behind. In the end, none of the alternatives offered a sustainable way forward, and continuing without one would have served no one. What this means if you hold $NRN Your tokens stay in your wallet. Nothing is frozen, seized, or reissued. There is no buyback or redemption. Trading and liquidity support are winding down. Please follow each exchange's official notice and act on your holdings before the withdrawal deadlines they set. We cannot give financial advice. Any decision about your tokens is yours. CEX delisting The centralized exchanges where $NRN is listed, including Gate and KuCoin, will announce their own delisting processes and timelines separately in the coming days. Please watch for their official notices and act within the windows they set. Once each exchange's withdrawal window closes, move your tokens to a self-custodied wallet if you want to keep them; the token will still exist on-chain. To our community Most of all, thank you. This community showed up for $NRN with an energy and a loyalty we never took for granted. You played, you competed, you brought people in, and you stayed through every turn.
