Update Regarding BitMart’s Potential Restructuring and Business Resumption Plan Dear BitMart Users, We are writing to update you on developments further to our announcement dated 26 July 2026. We appreciate the community’s patience during this period. Following further discussions with members of the community, our stakeholders and professional advisers, BitMart is developing a potential restructuring plan as an alternative to a full wind-down. The potential plan may include the phased resumption of certain operations in an orderly manner alongside distributions to creditors, subject to further legal, financial, operational and regulatory assessment. To support this process, BitMart has appointed White & Case as its restructuring counsel. White & Case will work alongside BitMart’s other professional advisers to evaluate the available options and assist in developing the potential restructuring plan, including any framework for the phased resumption of operations. A roadmap is currently being developed together with our advisers and we will endeavour to provide a further update by no later than 9 September 2026. We will endeavour to provide further information to the community on a rolling basis as soon as it is available, and we ask for your patience and understanding while this work is carried out. We expect to consult with the community on any business resumption plan once it is launched.
