Overview

What BlockSec Phalcon Explorer actually does.

BlockSec Phalcon Explorer is a transaction-analysis tool built by BlockSec, a Web3 security firm also known for smart-contract audits, its MetaSleuth fund-tracing product, and on-chain threat monitoring. Instead of a raw list of transfers, Phalcon reconstructs the full call flow of a transaction with a source-level debug console, so a developer or investigator can step through internal and external contract calls with their parameters and return values in order. Its simulator can replay any transaction from any historical block with modified inputs and produce consistent, shareable results, useful for reproducing bugs or testing a fix before redeploying. Fund-flow and balance-change views trace how assets moved across every address and token a transaction touched, and a separate state-diff view shows exactly which contract variables changed, catching effects plain event logs miss. The explorer also draws on BlockSec's own address-labeling data to add context to unfamiliar wallets. Phalcon targets three overlapping audiences: smart-contract developers debugging failed transactions, security researchers reconstructing exploits after the fact, and traders checking what a transaction actually did. Support spans more than two dozen EVM chains plus non-EVM Solana, and BlockSec has published a Robinhood Chain-specific page confirming coverage of chain ID 4663 with worked examples of tracing tokenized-stock and RWA transactions there. Honest positioning: Robinhood Chain and Solana are two entries in a long multi-chain list rather than the product's core focus, so chain-specific niceties like native RHC stock-token decoding may lag a purpose-built RHC tool, and the UX still carries EVM-first conventions even where it supports Solana.

About 6 hours ago, ~$3.55M in unclaimed bridge funds was claimed and transferred out. Did the owner initiate the transactions, or did an attacker obtain valid EIP-7702 authorizations? Several days earlier, stuckfunds.eth, an onchain researcher, had sent multiple messages to 0x4943, notifying the owner that the funds were still claimable. The claims were submitted by 0x24a9, an address funded via Tornado Cash, and executed through EIP-7702 delegations on the EOA. Onchain data confirms that the authorizations were valid, but not whether the owner signed them intentionally, was tricked into signing them, or had the private key compromised. Key features

What's in the box.

  • Full call-flow visualization with a source-level debug console for internal and external contract calls
  • Transaction simulation that replays any historical block with custom inputs
  • Fund-flow tracing and per-address, per-token balance-change views for a transaction
  • State-diff view showing exactly which contract variables a transaction changed
  • Coverage spanning 25+ EVM chains plus Solana and Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663)

Verdict

The honest tradeoffs.

Pros

  • Backed by an established Web3 security firm (BlockSec) with a public track record in smart-contract auditing and hack detection
  • Free to use for core transaction inspection, lowering the barrier for RHC and Solana developers debugging failed transactions
  • Broad chain coverage means the same tool works across a builder's entire multi-chain stack rather than one network
  • Community members have credited the explorer with surfacing suspicious transactions (e.g. disguised zero-value calls) before funds were lost

Cons

  • Robinhood Chain is one line in a very long supported-chain list, not a purpose-built RHC product, so RHC-specific decoding may lag behind dedicated explorers
  • No published pricing page for API or higher-volume access was found, so the cost of programmatic use beyond the free web UI is unclear
  • Solana support is a comparatively recent addition and the tool's workflows still read as EVM-first
