Overview

What Collective actually does.

Collective is a Solana token launchpad that deploys a token and its DAO treasury in a single atomic transaction. At launch, the creator sets a fee-split recipe that routes a minimum of 50% of ongoing trading fees into a community treasury, with the remainder split between the creator and other participants; this split is immutable once live. Token holders get on-chain voting rights from block one to propose and approve treasury spend (development, marketing, buybacks), and no admin key can override them. The treasury is entirely trading-fee funded, so there is no separate pre-launch capital raise. An optional guardian council can hold veto-only powers over malicious proposals but cannot itself spend funds. The pitch is alignment: instead of a team quietly controlling a dev wallet, the community owns and votes on a transparent, auditable treasury from day one.
