Overview

What DAOs.fun actually does.

DAOs.fun is a Solana platform for launching and trading DAO tokens using bonding curves, often described as a venue for on-chain, community-funded investment funds. The hook is letting communities raise capital and trade a shared fund token directly on-chain. A creator configures a DAO token with a fundraising allocation and team share; a portion of the supply is sold through a bonding curve that generates fees to fund development before the token fully bonds. Once fundraising completes, liquidity migrates to Raydium, and team and fundraising allocations follow a delayed release schedule, with the treasury governed by the community. It targets fund managers and communities wanting a transparent on-chain fundraising and trading mechanism. Honest caveat: bonding-curve fund tokens are speculative and volatile, treasury performance depends entirely on managers, and the structure carries smart-contract and governance risks that can lead to total loss.
