Overview

What Morpho actually does.

Morpho is the lending protocol Robinhood selected to power the Earn product on Robinhood Chain, and it is the single largest source of non-DEX total value locked on the network at roughly 295 million dollars. Morpho Blue's design separates isolated lending markets from the vaults that allocate across them, so risk curation is handled by third parties rather than by protocol governance. On Robinhood Chain that curation is performed by Steakhouse Financial, whose vaults route deposits into markets collateralised by tokenized stock tokens and stablecoins to produce the yield surfaced inside Robinhood's own interface. For anyone analysing Robinhood Chain, Morpho matters twice over: it is where most of the chain's lending activity settles, and it is the mechanism by which tokenized equities become usable as collateral rather than merely tradable assets.
