Overview

What ParitySwap actually does.

ParitySwap is a community-run Uniswap v2 and v3 fork deployed on Robinhood Chain, used to swap ETH and WETH, the USDG stablecoin, chain memecoins and tokenized equity tokens against the same constant-product and concentrated-liquidity curves. Both deployments run simultaneously and are indexed separately, so liquidity providers can choose passive full-range positions or ranged v3 positions. Fee behaviour is stock Uniswap: the pool's fee tier goes to liquidity providers with no protocol cut, and both 0.3 percent and 1 percent tiers are in active use, including the same pair listed at two tiers. Its distinguishing feature is that tokenized stock pairs are quoted against USDG rather than only against ETH, so PLTR and GME tokens route on-chain alongside ordinary memecoin pairs. It has no native token. Note that it is unrelated to Parity Technologies of Polkadot, despite the name.

Pros

  • Genuine crossover venue where tokenized equities and crypto trade on one AMM
  • Predictable, battle-tested Uniswap fee mechanics with no protocol rake
  • Indexed as a named DEX by the major chart providers rather than as a generic fork

Cons

  • Very shallow books — total TVL is around $68K and some stock pools hold only a few dollars, so meaningful trades will slip badly
  • Anonymous fork with no audit, no working documentation and no identified team
