SaberDAO Wind-Down: Progress Update The SaberDAO wind-down process is nearing completion, here's an status update on what has been accomplished. veSBR redemption Since the wind-down commenced, the redemption mechanism for veSBR holders (excluding DAO contributors from the revival phase) has been active, with pools set to withdrawal-only mode. The redemption has been open for longer than originally proposed, meaning all veSBR holders that did not want to move to the new ToolboxDAO had a chance to redeem. Liquidity pools Any liquidity remaining in the Saber pools, are indefinitely available to be claimed by the original liquidity owners on the SaberDAO claims page Liquidity Recovery — Sunny Protocol For liquidity providers who deployed assets into Saber pools via the defunct Sunny protocol, SaberDAO developed and deployed a permissionless claim page, enabling those users to independently recover their liquidity without requiring third-party intervention. Liquidity Recovery — Parrot Protocol Liquidity deposited into Saber pools via the now inactive Parrot protocol has been reclaimed by the Parrot team independently, who have also independently created a dedicated claims page for affected liquidity providers. Claim links for both SaberDAO claims page, and Parrot's claim page are available in the replies to this post. We want to iterate again that SaberDAO is not affiliated in any way with the Sunny- and Parrot protocol, but as these protocols incorporated Saber LP tokens the DAO want to help the broader Solana community members who might have had liquidity stuck to claim back their funds too. Community Impact Thanks to the outstanding support of the broader Solana community in spreading awareness of these recovery solutions, more than 8,000 SOL has been successfully returned to its original owners via the SaberDAO claims page. If you know anyone who previously provided liquidity to Saber pools through Sunny or Parrot, please share this update, they may have unclaimed assets available.
