Overview

What Saros actually does.

Saros is a Solana-native DeFi super-network that brings several core financial primitives into a single platform: a decentralized exchange with dynamic liquidity market making, yield farming, and a multi-feature wallet. The goal is to give users an all-in-one home for trading, earning, and managing assets without hopping between disconnected apps. At the heart of Saros is its DLMM (dynamic liquidity market making) engine, which lets liquidity providers set customizable liquidity ranges. Concentrating liquidity where it's needed improves capital efficiency, allowing providers to earn more from the same capital compared to traditional constant-product pools. This is particularly valuable on Solana, where low fees make frequent rebalancing and active liquidity management practical. Saros also runs a liquidity bootstrap program that matches partner tokens to seed high-efficiency pools, helping new projects establish trading depth. Combined with yield farming and an integrated wallet, the platform aims to serve both everyday traders and liquidity providers, as well as projects launching tokens that need liquidity from day one. DeFi participation carries inherent risks that users should keep in mind. Concentrated-liquidity strategies like DLMM can increase exposure to impermanent loss if not actively managed, smart contracts always carry technical risk, and yields are variable and not guaranteed. Saros is one of several DeFi platforms on Solana, and users should do their own diligence before committing funds.
