Last Friday we wrote: "Neutral is already priced." Warsh came in hawkish of that consensus. As shown below: hike odds nearly doubled, the dollar rose, #GOLD and #BTC fell, and equities barely moved. That last part is what matters. A hawkish Fed hit the hard assets and left stocks alone. What repriced was the policy path, not risk appetite.
