Its hook is a production-oriented, framework-agnostic way to make agents transact autonomously. It is designed to be framework- and wallet-agnostic, integrating with common AI frameworks and wallet providers. Agents can hold and transfer assets, perform swaps, deploy and call smart contracts, and launch tokens. Originally EVM-centric, AgentKit added Solana support, including a CDP-based Solana wallet provider, extending its actions beyond Ethereum-compatible chains. It targets developers building autonomous on-chain agents who want managed wallet infrastructure and a library of ready actions. Honest caveat: AgentKit is multi-chain with EVM as its original focus, so Solana is a newer addition and may have narrower coverage; giving an autonomous agent wallet access also carries operational and financial risk.
