Overview

What Jupiter Perpetuals actually does.

Jupiter Perpetuals is the perpetual futures venue from Jupiter, Solana's leading swap aggregator, offering on-chain leveraged trading on SOL, ETH, and BTC with up to 100x leverage. It is one of the highest-volume perps products in Solana DeFi. Liquidity is provided by the JLP pool, which traders take the other side of, and pricing uses oracles to minimize slippage even on large positions. This pool-based, oracle-priced design lets it offer deep liquidity without a traditional order book, while JLP holders earn a share of fees. It targets leverage traders who want decentralized, self-custodied perps on Solana, backed by Jupiter's brand and liquidity, as an alternative to centralized-exchange futures.
