⚠️ The most dangerous crypto approval doesn't look like an approval. It looks like "Sign message". That's permit signing. Permits let dApps get token approvals through an off-chain signature instead of an on-chain transaction. Why projects use them: - Fewer steps - Lower gas fees - Better UX Faster swaps. One-click deposits. All good, right? Wrong. A single permit signature can grant unlimited spending rights to your tokens. Scammers disguise permits as "wallet verification" or "login confirmations", then drain your funds weeks later when you've forgotten you even signed it. Most wallets just show you the signature without any warning or context. Keystone lets you disable permit signing entirely, or review exactly what you're approving before you sign. You choose when to make a signature. So, tell us: are "gasless transactions" worth the security tradeoff? 🤔
