Snowflake is a trusted, open-source multisig wallet on Solana built for teams, DAOs, and security-conscious users who need shared control over funds. Rather than relying on a single private key, it supports customizable signature thresholds so that transactions require approval from multiple signers, reducing the risk of any single point of failure. Beyond core custody, Snowflake layers in treasury and automation features that go well past a basic multisig. It supports token vesting, scheduled payroll, and recurring payments, making it practical for organizations that need to manage contributor compensation and ongoing disbursements directly from a shared vault on a predictable schedule. It also brings DeFi actions into the multisig itself, supporting integrations like swaps and dollar-cost averaging (DCA) executed straight from the wallet. This lets teams manage treasury operations and on-chain strategies without exporting funds to separate tools, keeping everything under the same approval controls. The codebase is open-source and peer-reviewed by leading Solana teams, which supports transparency around how funds are handled. Multisig setups do add operational overhead that users should plan for.
