Overview

What Elmnts actually does.

Elmnts is a Solana-based platform that tokenizes investment funds backed by oil and gas mineral rights royalties, aiming to bring real-world commodity yield on-chain. Its first offering is a tokenized fund holding mineral rights on land with active oil and gas production. When producers extract resources, a share of revenue flows to the mineral rights owner, and Elmnts distributes these royalty payments to token holders on a monthly basis. Solana's sub-cent transaction costs make frequent royalty micro-distributions economically practical. The platform raised a $2M pre-seed in 2024 and operates a compliance-gated investment process. It targets accredited investors seeking income from real-world assets rather than purely crypto-native yield. Access is restricted to accredited investors with minimum investments, returns depend on commodity prices and production volumes that can fall, and as a relatively new real-world-asset platform it carries execution, legal, and liquidity risk.
