What it does: Detects Solana community takeovers within 60 seconds and assigns each one a quality score from 0 to 100 based on financial commitment, social infrastructure, token health, on-chain traction, and holder distribution.
The core insight: Community takeovers happen when new teams revive abandoned tokens. Some CTOs are serious efforts backed by real investment. Others are low-effort cash grabs.
